Meet Coach Tamira!

Tamira has a passion for helping entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and creators to earn, keep and multiply their income by building their own economy online from the comfort of their dwelling place with digital products and executing the necessary actions to reach elite performance in business and life with a profitable outcome while staying healthy.

She also holds a BA in Communications with a double minor in Psychology and Counseling, as well as a Certified Spiritual Counselor which enabled her to help entrepreneurs rewire their mindset and spirit to succeed in life and business. In addition to the above, she is a Certified Fitness & Wellness Coach and CEO of Rooted and Grounded Fitness, LLC.

Tamira’s unique blend of diverse experience involving 25 years in the transportation industry, 8 years in real estate, and over a decade in film, acting, modeling, and entrepreneurship has enabled her to not only deal with people from all walks of life on different levels but also help countless entrepreneurs and small business owners expand their business with digital marketing and technology.

When she isn’t being a tech geek, you’ll find Tamira enjoying family time with her husband, daughter, and her Chihuahuas. She has a love for nature and helping people, so you will also find her enjoying her Hummingbirds & Orioles who visits every year, her Hibiscus Garden, the beautiful fishes in the saltwater tank built by her husband, and taking in beautiful scenic views pedaling on her mountain bike. She enjoys dancing, singing, traveling, reading good book,s and uplifting the hearts and spirits of the elderly in nursing homes or other venues with dance ministry.
